Wine Collectors is a place to discover, enjoy, and choose wines for your collection. Nothing on our shelves is there by accident. We source and bring to Latvia wines with character, collectible potential, and long-term value. Our work is rooted in winetelligence – the ability to blend knowledge with intuition, context with flavour, and curiosity with understanding.
Jazz-funk in the background, original artwork, and a relaxed bistro vibe set the tone at Wine Collectors. Wine leads the way in the kitchen too – every dish is crafted with pairing in mind, bringing aromas, textures, and finish together in just the right chemistry.
Our wine-by-the-glass system lets you explore up to 20 wines – from great everyday pours to wines you might not otherwise commit to by the bottle. Curiosity is encouraged – taste, compare, and gradually discover what you really like.

Our guilty pleasure
These are our absolute classics – generations of mastery and some of the heavy hitters of European wine, all of whom have shaped our idea of great wine. Many of these bottles are coveted around the world, but that’s not why we love them – they’re the wines we come back to, time and again.

Who’s behind the wine?
Professionals without the ties. We set the bar high and take responsibility for every choice we make. At our core, two worlds come together: Raimonds Tomsons, World’s Best Sommelier, and Agnese Gintere, Latvia’s Best Sommelier. Together, they make sure every wine decision is fine-tuned to the last note.
